If you and 3 neighbors buy 4 binders together: you each get $75 off!

Each assessment takes us 5-6 hours of work and each binder costs us $60.
We believe the price is fair and our goal is to make personalized emergency preparedness as accessible as possible.
If our pricing is your only roadblock to resilience, please reach out.
-
Absolutely! Most of our critical recommendations do not involve structural changes to the home and should be implemented whether you rent or own your home if you’re living in California.
If you’re a renter, our intake call will address your specific needs. Not only can we write-up an official letter of recommended improvements you can send your landlord, but we can also provide information on retrofitting & home-hardening grants.
Most importantly, while the home assessment is highly customized, the rest of the resources in the binder will be useful in any future home you live in.
-
Nope!
Most of the information we need ahead of time we collect from the intake form you fill-out after the intro call.
